Terms and Conditions of Registration

1. Organizer

The EATA Research Conference 2026 is organized by:
Italian Association for Transactional Analysis – AIAT

2. Registration and Acceptance

By submitting the online registration form, the participant declares to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Registration is considered valid only upon:

  • Correct completion of the online registration form;
  • Full payment of the applicable registration fee via bank transfer;
  • Upload of the bank transfer receipt within the registration form.

3. Registration Fees

Registration fees are determined according to the category selected and the date of registration, as indicated in the official fee table published on the website.

The following phases apply:

  • Early Bird Fee (valid until 8 June 2026)
  • Mid Registration Fee (from 8 June to 9 September 2026)
  • Regular Fee (after 10 September 2026)

For EATA/ITAA Members and Students, Early Bird tickets are limited in number (120 for EATA/ITAA Members and 260 for Students). Once these limits are reached, the system will automatically apply the Mid Registration Fee, even if 8 June 2026 has not yet passed.

For Non-EATA/ITAA Members, the Early Bird fee remains valid until 8 June 2026, regardless of the number of registrations.

4. Payment Terms

Payment of the registration fee must be made exclusively by bank transfer to:

All bank charges are to be borne by the participant.

5. Mandatory Upload of Bank Transfer Receipt

To complete the registration process, the participant must upload a copy of the bank transfer receipt within the online registration form.

Registrations submitted without uploading the proof of payment will not be processed.

The registration will be considered confirmed only after administrative verification of the payment by the Organizer.

6. Confirmation of Registration

After verification of the bank transfer, the participant will receive an official confirmation email.

The Organizer reserves the right to request additional information in case of incomplete or unclear payment references.

7. Student Registrations

Students registering under the reduced fee categories must comply with the conditions specified on the website.

Students may register only through community transfer made by their school, where applicable.

8. Online Participation

Online participants will receive access credentials prior to the event. Simultaneous Italian translation will be available for on-site attendees only. No simultaneous translation will be provided for online attendance.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations received by 1 September 2026: refund with a deduction of 50€.
  • Cancellations received by 10 October 2026: 50% of the registration fee will be retained.
  • Cancellations received after 10 November 2026: no refund will be issued.

10. Program Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, speakers, or schedule due to organizational or force majeure reasons. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.

11. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellation due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or public health emergencies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Italian court.
